ALL POTENTIAL STAFF MEMBERS RECEIVE TRAINING DEPENDENT ON THEIR ROLES
Future Camp Managers receive a compulsory 2-day residential training course, which covers everything from Safeguarding, Policies and Procedures, to team management and child welfare.
Our applicants receive training on delivering activities and any specialist areas as required. This hands-on training will go through the theory and practical skills required to ensure our children have a great time. All potential staff will also receive safeguarding training.
Training is the final stage of the recruitment process, from which successful candidates will be selected. Prior to your camp opening, all staff will also be required to attend a set up day. Please speak to our Recruitment Team for more information regarding dates.
