Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Laser Tag Instructor will be creative and have a passion for working with children, as well as willingness to successfully deliver this activity outdoors or sometimes indoors, to ensure the children have a thrilling adventure throughout the entire activity.
Duties will include: • Leading and Development of Sessions • Compulsory Online and Face to Face Training • Overnight stays to ensure travel time to venues is not hindered • Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure the children in your care have a fun and stimulating time in a safe environment • Ensure that the pastoral needs of the children in your care are well-catered through active supervision and care throughout the day • Demonstrate continuous respect for the host venue and Laser Tag equipment through ad hoc duties such as cleaning and kit maintenance
Requirements:
It is essential that candidates:
• Are over the age of 18 and have the right to work in the UK • A clean driving license • Are highly motivated and responsible individuals who are able to demonstrate a mature and professional attitude to their employment • Able to travel across the country • Have relevant experience working within the childcare industry and are capable of leading a group of children • Are highly organised with superb communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to the role • Are able to flexibly adapt to effectively deal with sometimes unpredictable challenges within the childcare industry
Employment Dates: • Easter- 6th-17th April 2020 • Summer- 24rd July- 21st August 2020

Training: • Attendance at Activity Instructor One Day Training and Assessment is Essential • Laser Tag specific training will be provided on 24th July 2020 at our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxford

Salary: • £460+ a week

Transport: • SuperCamps will provide a small van during your employment • Mileage must be tracked and will be expensed back
Accommodation: • This will be provided when required

Selection & Appointment Process: Candidates will be required to complete the SuperCamps pre-camp training programme, this includes online training. All appointments are subject to satisfactory training attendance, references and enhanced DBS Status.
